BOND's Aston Martin Goes Fishing

Something nasty usually happens to James Bond's ride in his various adventures, much like the flips in Casino Royale, but the latest mishap happened while no cameras were rolling. For the production of Quantum of Solace---currently filming in northern Italy---the latest Aston Martin found its way at the bottom of a lake. While in transport to the set, during a heavy rainfall, the Associated Press reports the car lost traction and plunged into Lake Garda.
The driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Quantum of Solace will hit theaters November 7, 2008.
