Universal Pictures has hired Tony Gilroy to write
THE BOURNE ULTIMATUM. Gilory will be paid close to $2 million for the assignment. He will base it on the Robert Ludlum's series of books.
Matt Damon has not officially signed on to the film, and most likely will not until a script is completed. No director is attached yet either.
