Bridges, others float to TIDELAND

With principal photography complete on THE BROTHERS GRIMM, director Terry Gilliam is moving on to put together the pieces for his next film, TIDELAND. Accepting parts in the film are former Gilliam actor Jeff Bridges (who starred in THE FISHER KING), Jennifer Tilly, Janet McTeer, nine-year-old newcomer Jodelle Ferland and Brendan Fletcher.

TIDELAND is based on a novel written by Mitch Cullin, and tells the story of a young girl named Jeliza-Rose who copes with the tragic death of her mother and her traumatic life by creating an exotic, surreal and complex fantasy world.
