CHICAGO leading lady Renee Zellweger has agreed to star opposite Russell Crowe in
CINDERELLA MAN, a drama to be directed by Ron Howard. She'll team-up with Crowe after finishing work on the sequel to
BRIDGET JONES DIARY, scheduled to wrap around the end of the year.
CINDERELLA MAN is the story about Jim Braddock, a boxer from the 1930s who fought a bloody match-up with heavyweight champ Max Baer. Braddock's fight earned him a place in the history of the sport. Zellweger will play Braddock's wife.
