Tim Burton's 1989 movie "Batman," which is widely believed to have heralded the trend of making movie versions of comic books, has been voted as the best movie adaptation of a comic book. According to The Sun, the "Spider-Man" series starring Tobey Maguire piped "Superman: The Movie," to make it to the second place in the survey, conducted by Choices Video.
