BROCKOVICH writer takes the big chair

Susannah Grant to make her directorial debut

ERIN BROCKOVICH writer Susannah Grant will make her directorial debut for Columbia Pictures with CATCH AND RELEASE. The movie is described as a bittersweet romantic comedy being about a woman who is confronted with the sudden death of her husband and the strange secrets he kept from her.

Grant is looking at actresses to play the film's central character while working on a new draft of the screenplay at the same time. She's also working on a new live-action version of E.B. White's CHARLOTTE'S WEB for Paramount.
