'G.I. JOE''s Storm Shadow speaks!

IGN has an interview with Korean actor Byung Hun-Lee, who plays Storm Shadow in the upcoming 'G.I. Joe' movie. The actor talks about his villainous character's bi-play with his heroic opposite, Snake Eyes:

"They have grown up together actually, like brothers, but there is a big misunderstanding between them. So even though they have grown up together, they become rivals, so they have to fight. It's kind of their destiny," Hun-Lee said. "I cannot talk about the twist, but the relationship between him and Snake Eyes -- the dynamic between them -- should be one of the most interesting points of the film."

Costumes and capes are all just so... I don't know... it makes it seem like they're out of a COMIC BOOK or something.  I mean...

oh wait...

They ARE out of a comic, as is, I believe, the protagonist of Smallville.  Though of late he seems to just be the most spineless, weak-willed, self-doubting reject from some show like "The Hills" or "The OC" that you could ever imagine.  The only thing that makes him special is his ability to super-speed between locations so that he can complain and get all emo in a variety of disparate locations all in one episode.  Makes him more efficient with his crying.

I'm not sure which I hate more, this show, or my obsessive-compulsive need to watch, pathetically praying that it will somehow get better someday.  I feel like some red-headed housewife in a trailer park out in the desert, and Smallville is my toothless, abusive husband.
