We know who the Winter Solider is, its just amazing to me that the studios have to reveal it to the world before they see the movie. Then again, how many of them actually watch all these Youtube posts? Here is the featurette on The Winter Solider, titled “Blast from the Past” from Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

Synopsis: Captain America: The Winter Soldier will pick-up where “Marvel’s The Avengers” left off, as Steve Rogers struggles to embrace his role in the modern world and teams up with Natasha Romanoff, aka Black Widow, to battle a powerful yet shadowy enemy in present-day Washington, D.C.
Based on the ever-popular Marvel comic book series, first published in 1941, Marvel’s “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” features an outstanding supporting cast that includes Sebastian Stan (“Captain America: The First Avenger,” “Black Swan”) as Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier, Anthony Mackie (“The Hurt Locker,” “Million Dollar Baby”) as Sam Wilson/Falcon, Cobie Smulders (“Marvel’s The Avengers,” “How I Met Your Mother”) as Agent Maria Hill, Frank Grillo (“Zero Dark Thirty”) as Brock Rumlow and Georges St-Pierre (“Death Warrior”) as Georges Batroc. Rounding out the talented cast are Hayley Atwell (“Captain America: The First Avenger”) as Peggy Carter, Toby Jones (“Captain America: The First Avenger,” “The Hunger Games”) as Arnim Zola, Emily VanCamp (“The Ring 2,” “Revenge”) as Agent 13 and Maximiliano Hernández (“Marvel’s The Avengers,” “Thor”) as Agent Jasper Sitwell.
Captain America: The Winter Soldier is set for release in the U.S. on April 4, 2014.

Bring back the Avengers cap suit. I don't care how campy it is. That's caps freakin outfit.

I agree with Joker. The Avengers Cap uniform was great. I think I know why he goes to the WW2 CAp suit in this movie, but lets get him back in more contemporary threads.

I Also like the Avengers suit but I would use the Helmet instead of the cowl.

Higgy 3/27/2014 10:29:45 AM

They can use the cowl, just put some freakin ear holes in it.  That's why it looked weird.

Also we need the Other in the other Marvel movies as he wasn't defeated in the Avengers film.

I was not a fan of the avengers CA outfit.  I like the ww2 style bc it looks more real and functional.  He is after all the super soldier.

Don't panic, he'll return to the Avengers costume at the end of the movie when it is time to take out the trash that is infecting SHIELD (Robert Redford, I'm looking at you).  He'll be red, white and blue for all of Avengers 2 as well I'm betting.  As for this trailer, I also thought it was wierd that Marvel would announce Winter Soldier's identity before the film releases.  I realize it's not a secret for anyone that knows comics, but there are lots of movie goers that saw the 1st Cap movie and have no idea who the Winter Soldier is.  I would have treated it like an open secret.
