Geezus! That ad for ther Mechanic is getting on my nerves. It comes up everytime I nav this site. I understand these guys need money to operate but this is fukkin overkill. As much as I like visiting this site and reading what you guys half to say, if this shyt continuesI'll no longer visit this site. I hope someone pulls their head out of their a$$ and fixes this problem...

Yo if you click really fast to where you want to go you can avoid The Mechanic ad!  

So at work I couldn't see the close icon for the Mechanic ads, but the close icon comes up just fine at home.  I was using IE on both.  Maybe I'll try in Firefox & Chrome later.  That's still a horrible ad campaign though.  It's alienating potential viewers who pretty much aren't going to see it on principle.
