I'm quite impressed. The ears are a little odd looking, but that's such a minor detail. I'm also digging the Hydra/Nazi uniform design here, it harkens to the past but stands on its own. Kinda cool.

The magazine also caught up with director Joe Johnston to discuss shooting the tent pole. Check it out here along with a bigger image.
The film will star Chris Evans, Hugo Weaving, Sebastian Stan, Toby Jones, Samuel L. Jackson, Dominic Cooper, Tommy Lee Jones, Stanley Tucci, Haley Atwell and Neal McDonough. Johnston led the direction based on a screenplay by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely.
Captain America rides into 3D/2D theaters July 22, 2011.
