CAR WARS are coming

Dustin Hoffman and Dax Shepard are close to starring in CAR WARS, a story set a long, long time ago in a car dealership far, far away. Actually, it's about a stuck-up Mercedes-Benz car dealer (Hoffman) who develops a hate for a younger car dealer (Shepard) who starts to sell "Hollywood Classic Cars" directly across the street from his dealership. Even though the elder car salesman wants to destroy the newcomer, the new kid on the block wants to be buddies with the established dealer. The film is in development at Warner Bros.

Four screenwriters penned the screenplay for CAR WARS, and they are Neil Cohen, Robert Reece, Cinco Paul and Ken Daurio, based on a story by David Assael and John Brand. Mark Gordon, John Falsey and Brand are producers on the film.
