Universal Studios has put a halt on pre-production for the untitled fantasy film staring Jim Carrey and Nicole Kidman. The film, a comedy written and directed by Gary Ross (PLEASANTVILLE), was to have begun shooting in March.
The film revolves around a widower who begins dating again only to be haunted by his dead wife. According to VARIETY, the film may shoot in the fall, once Kidman's schedule frees up again.
