Carter sheds light on X-FILES 2
By: Christopher Allan SmithDate: Thursday, April 11, 2002
In an interview carried in the May issue of CINESCAPE Magazine, our own Melissa J. Perenson pulled some new info from X-FILES creator Chris Carter as to when fans can expect to see the second big screen adventure for Mulder and Scully.
"It's definite [in so far] as everyone has expressed their desire to do it, including the studio," Carter said. "I hope to write it over the summer, prep it over the fall and spring, and shoot it late spring and next summer. I think you would end up seeing it in 2004... I have rough ideas and I'm sort of deciding what to do."
For more news on the end of THE X-FILES, the last few episodes and Carter's look back at the seasons that were, as well as chats with the series stars, pick up the May issue of CINESCAPE on newsstands now.
