Cartoon Network launches STAR WARS shorts

VARIETY covers the Cartoon Network's upcoming slate of changes, notably including a series of 20 three-minute interstitial shorts titled
STAR WARS: CLONE WARS, backfilling the Clone Wars portion of the
STAR WARS mythos. The series is to be produced by Gennady Tartakovsky and the creative people behind
SAMURAI JACK.
Other additions to the animation outlet include DUCK DODGERS, a new Daffy Duck series; TEEN TITANS; and LOW BROW, in which an anime-rendered slacker and his robot defend the world from Jersey City.
