ABC has picked up the series CAVEMEN based on the pilot about cavemen living in current day Atlanta.  The show is based on on the characters from the series of Geico commercials.

Fox has picked up seven new series for the Fall season including the sci-fi drama THE SARAH CONNOR CHRONICLES  based on the character from the TERMINATOR films.

Cavemen, eh? Just one more sign the world is going to hell. There has to be a better sitcom out there somewhere. Maybe the Aflac duck?

Fox should just do the inevitable and cancel the Sarah Connors show NOW! That way, fans can start their "save the show" campaign early. This show smells expensive, so Fox will likely kamikaze it against Lost or Heroes.

Without the "I'm not very hungry" caveman, you know the one who is in the airport with that catchy German pop song. Well without him, what's the point? He's the funniest part of those commercials.

i ve heard about this awhile back...could be cool and yup scoxocs, they best have both caveman...fox's programming schedule is horrible...they never seem to give a show a chance...originaldave77, you said it..may as well can it before it starts..no sense in programming the DVR.............

Do they really think they can stretch the humorous cavemen commercials into a sitcom? It seems to be a "good in small doses" kinda thing.

I for one am excited about the Caveman show. I can't wait to see more series spun off commercials, like the Sloman Shield guy, the Energizer Bunny, the UPS guy, or the Mac/PC guys. Talk about creativity! These shows could last a good 3 or 4 episodes each!

Supposedly someone reviewed the pilot or at least the script and and reviewer was having problems thinknig of different words to describe how bad it was. The Energizer Bunny, the Aflac duck, the lizard would all make much better shows than the caveman bullshit show.
