Central Park Media Talks 2004

Central Park Media has unleashed their 2004 Catalog on their site and there's some noteworthy things to mention:

Armored Trooper VOTOMS is returning, in a series of "stages" box sets. The Uoodo City Collection will be out this fall, no price, with a runtime of 325 minutes. The series is getting an English dub for the first time and the first three episodes look to have a directors commentary track as well.

Black Jack will definitely be getting a box set when all five volumes are done coming out.

Gall Force: New Era is set for a summer release

Patalabor TV will finish with Volume #11 in the fall as well as a final box set of three volumes (9-11)

CPM has acquired a series called Shootfighter Tekken. It will be a three volume release which each volume about 45 minutes in length, retailing for $19.95 each. A box set collection for $49.95 is also planned, but unknown whether it will be at the start or end of the series.

Urusei Yatsura: Beautiful Dreamer is set for a spring 2004 re-release. This *MAY* be the release that mirrors the Japanese one from last year that took was remastered in anamorphic widescreen (from full frame). The listing DOES say it includes a directors commentary, which was also on the Japanese release, so it's highly likely that this will mirror that edition
