Chan Plays it Bad in BABY

Variety reports Jackie Chan has started filming BB (or BABY) in Hong Kong. Yuen Biao and Sammo Hung also star.

The kung-fu comedy revolves around hijinx when small-time crooks steal a car without realizing a child is in it. In the film, Chan stars as a bad guy with a heart of gold.

Benny Chan is directing from a script by by Yuen Kam-lun. The film is expected to wrap production in March 2006 and premiere in October 2006.

I like chan a lot. I'm glad he's doing something a little different. Criminal with a heart of gold sounds strange, but there are people who do bad things for right reasons.
