Even though Channing is overrated, he actually looks like the character.  The acting w/accent is what I'm worried about.

I guess. I've got nothing against Channing and I don't know why folks hate this guy. But I always expected Taylor Kitch to return.

 Will Wolverine show up?

So apparently this version of Gambit will play a lot of strip poker with his cards...  ;)

The only reason I like this is that I own a NM issue of Uncanny Xmen #266 and Xmen Annual #14...hopefully the movie increases its value ;)

I  actually thought Kitsch did a good job.  That poor kid can't win.  Not sure this is right, but I'll give Tatum the benefit of the doubt after 21 Jump Street.

I like Tatum, like him in the GIJoe movies and in that Sci Fi movie were he had the pointy ears( just saw the trailer). Think he will do good with this part, not sure why everybody hates him. Not sure gambit is a strong enough character to have his own movie. Were is the Magnetto movie we heard about?

I think Kitsch deserves another shot also.  I have liked all his movies to date whether bomb or not.

I like Tatum mostly, and accept him as Duke, but I don't see him as Gambit, I am thinking of the trailer with the bad Spanish accent now....I know intentional but still....

Also for Deadpool, easy to fix his character from Wolverine O.  Might even give him those voices in his head which I love in the comics.  They could really do a lot with Deadpool done right, with R rating of course.

They should have given it back to Taylor.  Channing may be fine for the role...but it really is a slap in the face to Kitsch to pass him over.
