Charlize Theron to join TONIGHT, HE COMES?

According to Variety, Charlize Theron is the favorite to land the leading role across Will Smith in Columbia Pictures TONIGHT, HE COMES.

The superhero film centers on a tortured superhero who crash-lands in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, and tries to transform himself by romancing an alluring housewife, causing chaos in the city.

A quartet of producers have supervised myriad Vince Gilligan rewrites that accentuated the superhero's love affair with a married housewife. That has turned the latter role into one coveted by actresses with Theron the favorite.

Peter Berg has signed on to direct the film.

"Tonight, He comes" sounds like a porno. Hey if Theron is in it, I hope it is. But seriously, Will Smith and Charlize, hmmm, hopefully they have more on screen chemistry than Aniston and Vaughn did in the "break up".

Don't really know what to think of this one. All I can say is I hope it's better than that turd with Wilson and Thurman; that was probably the the top 5 of the worst films I unfortunately saw this year.

I thought my superEx-girlfriend was actually pretty funny. I didn't take it seriously as a comic book movies in any way shape or form, just strictly a comedy and it worked for me. It definitely had some quality laughs.

I guess I really didn't get into the comedy, plus I'm not a real big fan of either Wilson brother. For me, the comedy in Super Ex-Girlfriend was too forced, and I've never been a fan of the pie-in-your-face type of comedy.
