CHASTITY Re-Imagined

Jimmy Palmiotti and Justin Gray are writing CHASTITY: RE-IMAGINED #1, part of the June Re-Imagined event from Chaos! Comics.
"It's a one shot, but we pack it full of high-octane action, horror, and, of course, hot chicks with a thirst for blood," Palmiotti says. "Amanda Conner is doing character designs and a cover for the book that is absolutely gorgeous."
The story is set in 1854 and reveals a young girl named Purity boarding a ship for the New World. She awakens to a new life among the undead, only to be used as a tool for a woman bent on vengeance against her former lover, Vlad the Impaler.
Palmiotti says the Re-Imagined concept which will also be applied to Lady Death and Purgatori was something he wouldn't normally get the chance to work on.
"Brian (Pulido, Chaos! publisher) gave us some guidelines to make sure we stayed true to the core of the character, but allowed us the freedom to impart our own particular madness," Palmiotti says.
The art for CHASTITY: RE-IMAGINED #1 is by Jon Toledo.
