We are always looking for something new and different for you Maniacs. We found a trailer for Thale (2012) and are interested in what you think. It is from Norway. if subtitles are not your thing they by all means venture off the page.
The Plot: Norwegian folklore turns out to be real when Leo and Elvis encounter Thale in a basement. A regular cleaning job turns into a struggle for survival, while they're trying to figure out what or who Thale is.
Thale is directed by Aleksander Nordaas. It features the talents of Silje Reinåmo, Erlend Nervold, and Jon Sigve Skard.
Thale is currently on the festival circuit right now with no release date set.

Reminds me a bit of Trollhunter. Some interesting stuff coming out of the Norse-lands...
