February 05, 2006 Producers Scramble to Add Gay Characters for 2006 Movies HOLLYWOOD, California --- After the amazing number of Oscar nominations for Brokeback Mountain and Transamerica, Hollywood movie producers are scrambling to add gay characters to movies being shot in 2006. The thought is that now all movies with gay or trans-gender characters will be automatic Oscar selections. The latest Batman and Robin movie will now focus on the love affair between the two heroes. And they will both wear cowboy hats. A new documentary about Cindy Sheehan will downplay her anti-American activism and instead focus on completing her sex-change operation to become a man. Queen Kong will also be filmed starring Rosie O'Donnell. The film will emphasize the lesbian relationship between a gargantuan female gorilla and another actress.
