Two of the Griffins neighbors become one

Family Guy has no limitations and proves it every episode as the Griffins get into hilarious situations, while claiming the prize as television’s most outrageous animated family. Mezco, the makers of the figures from the series also have no limitations as they can make any character that has ever been on the show into an action figure. Let’s face it, where else are you going to find action figures of God and of a Greased Up Deaf guy? Series six follows in the tradition of all previous series with six all new figures including Clevemire.

At first glance Clevemire seems like a science experiment gone wrong, or at least conjoined twins that look nothing alike. The creation of Clevemire in fact, is from an episode from season two of Family Guy where Quahog (and the world) faces the apocalypse, which gets Glen Quagmire and Cleveland Brown fused into one person, creating Clevemire.

All of Mezco’s Family Guy figures are done in a rotocast style, so that means smooth rounded figures that keep their cartoon style. Having an action figure where two characters are fused by the waistline sounds like a problem on paper, but Mezco pulled it off without a hitch. There’s even a few battle scars on Clevemire showing that they never truly healed from the fusing. Clevemire comes with no accessories as most Family Guy figures are jam-packed with add-ons, but the lack of frills does not take away from the hybrid characters. This figure is a must have for any diehard Family Guy fan, not to mention you’re getting one and half figures for the price of one, and that’s one friggin’ sweet deal. Giggity!
