RE: Rumor: "New reports indicate that a long awaited sequel to the fantasy animation The Sword and the Sorcerer could be on the horizon" I'm pretty sure this wasn't an animation, but a live action film with Lee Horsely as the hero and Richard Moll as the creepy as fuck sorceror. Cheesy, but fun. Also, are line breaks too much to ask for?
First Look at G.I Joe's SNAKE EYES - Mar 21, 2008 - 11:31am
I think this looks pretty good. Looks like they based his look on the newer Devil's Due comic's version of his second classic uniform. So some new and some old, but very classic overall. He started wearing the mark on his suit in later comics. He still has the tattoo on the inside of his right forearm. Just like StormShadow, Jinx and the other members of the Arashikage clan of ninjas. See this pic for a comparison:

Destro Has been Cast?? - Feb 01, 2008 - 10:34am
Good question gauley,
Actually, being Scottish would not preclude him being black. I am speaking from a knowledge that Desto's face has been shown numerous times throughout the comics. Most notably in flashbacks to when he was younger and not yet allowed to wear the family mask. His father was Lord Destro before him. The most logical piece of evidence however is his costume from his very first appearance in toy, cartoon and comic form. He is wearing a, very seventies disco-style, open shirt and medallion. You can see his skin, not only white, but actually kind of pasty, underneath.
As you can probably tell, I am that most geeky of geeks. The G.I. Joe geek. I have been waiting for this movie since at least 1987. That said, I am unconcerned with the movie being exactly like the cartoon or the comic. I believe the comic has the better story, but when they make movies of beloved stories(toys) from my childhood, I just see it as another take that in no way decreases my enjoyment of the original as long as it doesn't suck completely.
COBRA!!!
