Two months after it was pulled from its original release window, Arnold Schwarzenegger's COLLATERAL DAMAGE finally has a solid release date.
Warner Bros. has chosen to release the film on February 8th, on the Presidents Day holiday weekend. Previously, MGM moved their ROLLERBALL weekend to the same release window, which was lucrative for them in 2001 with HANNIBAL.
COLLATERAL DAMAGE was abruptly pulled off its initial release date due to the tragic events of September 11th. Warner Bros. was conscious of elements in the film, like terrorists and bombings, that would not be received well by a very sensitive population and chose to wait it out.
