there was also a hip-hop themed manhwa on the vibe of Tokyo Tribes and an older title from Lee Myung-jin. I'll try to confirm these later today.

Prussian Blue, a german shojo manga produced in right to left format.
The Warcraft manhwa will be drawn my a korean artist Kim Jae-hwan and will be simultaneously released in the States and Korea. This will be the first TOKYOPOP manhwa that will be released that way.
