The official website for the San Diego Comic-Con International has now posted the list of panel events for next week's Comic-Con. There's plenty of events for movie and TV fans to check out including celebrity appearances by Halle Berry, Quentin Tarantino, SPIDER-MAN director Sam Raimi, Kevin Smith and plenty more.

Among the entertainment panels being held at this year's con are:

-- Presentations by Warner Bros. previewing their upcoming lineup of genre films, such as GOTHIKA, TROY, LOONEY TUNES: BACK IN ACTION, TORQUE and SCOOBY-DOO 2.

-- The cast and crew of SMALLVILLE will answer questions from the audience and give a preview of the third season of the show.

-- Daryl Hannah, David Carradine, Michael Jai White, and Michael Madsen are coming to talk about Quentin Tarantino's KILL BILL.

-- Edward James Olmos, Jamie Bamber, Katie Sackoff and BATTLESTAR GALACTICA writer Ronald Moore talk about the new GALACTICA and show clips from the upcoming mini-series.

-- Actors Robert Englund, Ken Kirzinger, director Ronny Yu and producer Sean Cunningham will show clips from their film FREDDY VS. JASON. As well, Gollum actor Andy Serkis will be there to preview the final LORD OF THE RINGS film.

-- Director Stephen Sommers and star Hugh Jackman will have a special look at next summer's VAN HELSING.

-- Joss Whedon, he of ANGEL, BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER and FIREFLY, has a one-hour panel to answer fans questions.

-- FARSCAPE stars Ben Browder, Lani John Tupu, Wayne Pygram, Jonathan Hardy, Virginia Hey, Francesca Buller and writer/exec producer Richard Manning discuss the four seasons of the show and what might be in the future for the sci-fi franchise.

-- SPIDER-MAN 2 helmer Sam Raimi will also be on a panel to talk about the sequel (and to show things long and metal that we told you about here first yesterday, hint!) in a Sony Pictures panel. Also in attendance will be Mike Mignola to preview next summer's HELLBOY movie and UNDERWORLD stars Kate Beckinsale and Scott Speedman.

-- Producer Don Hahn, director Rob Minkoff, visual effects supervisor Jay Redd, and head of makeup Bill Corso will show what audiences are in store for with THE HAUNTED MANSION. As the creative team talks about their movie, one lucky audience members will be transformed into a ghost during the discussion.

-- The one and only Angelina Jolie will have a panel all to herself to talk about her second adventure as Lady Lara Croft in TOMB RAIDER: THE CRADLE OF LIFE.

And there's a lot more. To get a handle on what's coming your way next week, check out the schedule on the Comic-Com website. The team from Cinescape magazine and yours truly will also be at the con looking for news and seeing how much money can be spent buying golden age comics and action figures.
