I loved Kick Ass and that was my winner for the year until I saw RED 2 weeks ago.  RED came out of nowhere for me.  But I still give Kick ass a bit of an edge.

Wasn't too please with the Losers, Hex was brutal in the worst sense you can imagine.  IM2 was pretty much what I expected but some parts were stupid.  Stark scratching in the IM suit.....eating donuts.  Whatever.

And Scott Pilgrim.   What more can I say that I haven't.  I enjoyed the supporting characters.   The story and most of the fight scenes were okay for what they were.  I enjoyed the movie but for the LOVE of all that is good and holy why why why was Crea cast as Scott Pilgrim???!?!!!   That was the movies downfall to me.  But oh well.  To each their own.

Oh and Walking Dead on TV was every bit as Awesome as reading my many many collected trades.  Which I have been reading all over again.  Can't wait for season 2.  Sigh.............

Iron Man 2 was better than the first one. Yeah, I said it.

Very good list for 2010.  Now for 2011 I would like to hear more on Bone, Elfquest, Odd Thomas and Abraham Lincoln : Vampire Hunter adaptations being pushed to the forefront, while enjoying the Marvel theatrical releases, and some more cool animation blu-rays coming out from DC and Marvel.  2011 is going to be an awesome year.  Long live the Walking Dead!

The Walking dead , best show on Tv in 2010, yes even better then the last season of lost which i thought was great except the last episode, Hated the last episode, what made it worst was i predicted this shit only half jokingly in season 3, wish i was wrong.

Red was great and I think will make its way in to a classic

Iron Man 2, I really enjoyed it, people complain that Tony came of as too arrogant in the sequel, and I say yeah and would'nt you if you had a suit of armor that  could take on the US Military single handedly. story was a little rushed and the final battle with Whiplash should have had more meat to it. However to be honest how many fights real fights have you seen that last more then  a few minutes, so ok. War Machine looked bad ass

Kick Ass, was my favorite genre movie of last year, great action , dialouge was great, and this is a role the Nick Cage was made to do, it reminded me of his role in Rasing Arizona, the man should stick to comedy he's so much better at it.

Hex , was the biggest turd I ever had to endure, if I would have paid to see this in a theater I would have been pissed, thank god it was only 72 min long lol

Losers, I liked Losers, was it a deep serious movie, no , and I dont think it should have been , did it lose focus of the social commentary that the book had , yes but so what, it was a good action popcorn flick , and I thought Chris Evans was funny as sh!t in it.

Scott Pilgrim, I liked it I thought it was quick witted and well written. It was a great movie, that had some weird beats that kinda took me out of the feel of the movie , but otherwise it was fun

Kick-Ass had some fine moments (Hit Girl and the Adam West-Big Daddy) but I felt the movie got ruined by changing some of the main storyline from the comic. The worst part was the jet-pack scene. Groan...

Iron Man 2 was the best. I don't care what people say. I had a good time at this movie.

I thought Losers was fun, definitely not a great movie, but worth one viewing for sure.  Still need to see Red, loved Kick-Ass, it beats Iron Man 2 for sure.  And I am a huge iron Man fan.

I liked the Losers.  Wasn't impressed with Jonah Hex.  It could have been so much more.  And as for Kick-Ass, I was entertained.  Iron Man?  Pretty damn good!

I never developed a desire to see Scott Pilgrim.  I still haven't.  It's on DVD.  Maybe I'll get curious.

Two weeks out from 2011's first comic flick:

"Let's roll, Kato!"

Green Hornet looking to be a surprise hit?  Hahhahhahhha....  OMG is he actually serious?  I have yet to speak to a single person who saw the trailors that didn't say WTF?  Only on websites like Mania, where they are obviously payed to plug certain shows, does anyone have anything good to say about the Two Stooges.

Surprise hit my A$$

Agree completely with this list.  Good call.  The Walking Dead and Red were the highlights for me.

Scott Pilgrim did poorly because it was too awesome for Joe and Joan Moviegoer. I swear to Christ, I went to see True Grit last night, and every other person in line was getting Yogi Bear tickets. That says a lot, folks.
