@DaForce1 DC has been doiing gay characters just as long as Marvel if not longer. In fact I believe DC had more gay characters than Marvel at one point. Back then Marvel was described as "less prolific but more deliberate"... so what DC is being accused of today is the same thing Marvel was accused of 20 years or so ago... it is all cyclical.

@lazarus Marvel has had these characters who are gay for over 20 years now. They aren't just inserting them into the comic like DC is doing.
As for the whole 'the South shall rise again' tirade, well, I say look how well that went during the Civil Rights movement of the 60's. Same problem, different times, different minorities, is going to equal the same outcome. And hey, if the South secedes from the Union again, maybe we can put up a fence this time to make sure it sticks. :)
