Don't worry trollman, I'm excited enough for the both of us :)
Scars or scales?

What interesting scars (scales) you have, Dr. Connors. Andrew Garfield may not say that exact line to his co-star Rhys Ifans in The Amazing Spider-Man but judging from these latest SplashNews set photos, it would be a quote that works well. Ifans will play Dr. Curt Connors in next year's reboot of the Marvel hero and speculation has run wild on whether he will transform into a certain villain. Check out the pictures down below and sound off with your thoughts.
The film also stars Emma Stone, Denis Leary, Campbell Scott, Irrfan Khan, Martin Sheen and Sally Field. Director Marc Webb led the production, based on a screenplay by James Vanderbilt, Alvin Sargent and Steve Kloves.
Little of the story has been officially revealed by the studio beyond it focusing on a teenager grappling with both contemporary human problems and amazing super-human crises.
The Amazing Spider-Man swings into 3D/2D theaters July 3, 2012.

Scars or scales?
Exactly, Wiseguy...Scars or scales...Wonder if this means we'll be seeing a full practical transformation vs. a CGI transformation. I would prefer the former (ala An American Werewolf in London) but I bet we receive the latter..
That would be awesome. Thery seem to be doing a lot more practical effects with the web-swinging maybe they'll do the same for the transformation, wishful thinking
I had that exact thing on my inner thigh once - really itchy.
I reckon he is going to change in the Lizard slowly over a couple of days - not instantaneously.
Rhys Ifans, something to be happy about with this project! Scales or melanoma.......if the lizard is awesome and spidey is kinda lame, I'll still think awesome overall, I'm excited to the lizard beyond anything else. Sheen, Field and Stone are sure things in my opinon. Loose set hey? At this rate we'll have fan-made versions of this film comprised solely of the random set photos and video in another few weeks or so!!!
Then we'll know........
im having a hard time getting excited for this also but hopefully it turns out well. Just seems to early for rebooting the franchise. oh well...
I don't get when people complain about the time frame of reboots or remakes or whatever. Even sequels. It just seems very arbitrary.
I just can not get excited about this.
