It seems that director Ron Howard may have let slip a piece of book news a little earlier than the publisher wanted. While talking about his upcoming adaptation of Angels & Demons to Entertainment Tonight, Howard said that author Dan Brown has completed his third book based on the fictional, mystery-solving Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon.
But publisher Doubleday isn't ready to confirm that the book is done. A spokeswoman for Brown's publisher would say only that Brown "is making great progress," stopping short of a full confirmation or denial.
"We do not yet have a title or publication date to share," added spokeswoman Suzanne Herz.
Plot Concept: Sources have indicated that this third novel is titled "The Solomon Key" and would be based in Washington D.C., centering on the Freemasons.
