Being Human: A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Me Killing You (

It’s not very often that main cast on a show not created by Joss Whedon, is in any real jeopardy of being killed. So creators have to find a way to build drama even though the suspense is going to be a hard sell. The best way is to use some sort of near death situation to tell an interesting story. Being Human did just that in this episode. There was no real fear that Aiden would die but his rip to death’s door gave up a great story. Sally’s near trip to the afterlife on the other hand changed her character in a ay that took away some of the uniqueness of her. Josh’s story on the other hand got hilariously melodramatic, and that’s an entertaining thing. Sally’s change is annoying but overall this series finale set up a few interesting situations for next year and the drama was really well rendered even if the creators sometimes rely on pop music to much to define emotion.
