With Comic Con being done many of those oh so “exclusive” trailers and clips are starting to hit the web. There will be tons of news and video to get through in the days (if not hours) to come. Here is the “Homage” clip of Frankenweenie that was screened at Comic Con 2012. Check out Mania’s coverage of the “Art of Frankenweenie” Booth at Comic Con.

The Plot: In Tim Burton's Frankenweenie, young Victor conducts a science experiment to bring his beloved dog Sparky back to life, only to face unintended, sometimes monstrous, consequences.

The comedy will feature the voices of Winona Ryder, Martin Short, Catherine O'Hara, Martin Landau, Charlie Tahan, Atticus Shaffer, Conchata Ferrell and Robert Capron. Burton helmed the production, based on a script by John August.

Frankenweenie rises in 3D/2D theaters on October 5, 2012
