The Financial Express of India reviews the state of Spielberg's Tintin movie which is planned for December 2004, stating, "Spielberg is understood to be very near finalising the acquisition of rights for the Tintin characters from Nick Rodwell, who oversees Moulinsart (Herge's estate)."
