Picture this nightmare scenario: you awake in a small, dingy and dirty bathroom with no memory of how you got there. Chained to an iron pipe by your ankle, you see that there is one more person similarly restrained in the room too. Lying between you is a hacksaw, a gun and a dead body -- and then the voice of the one that kidnapped you booms into the room: the Jigsaw serial killer. You're told that either you or your fellow prisoner are expected to off the other, and if you don't, he will take his revenge out by killing your loved ones. He's even given you the means to escape and it's lying right in front of you. But if the worn blade of the hacksaw isn't sharp enough to cut through the metal of the chain, exactly what does the Jigsaw killer expect you to saw through if you're to escape...?

Opening in theaters across the nation tomorrow, October 29, CINESCAPE and Lions Gate Films are teaming up to give away three ultra-cool SAW prize packs. These prizes are enough to make any true fan of horror salivate, with each pack consisting of the following items:

How do you enter to win one of these awesome prize packs? Well, because these are some bueno prizes we're going to make you work a little bit harder this time. Don't worry, we won't make you hack off any body parts. Instead, here are the contest rules:

the subject heading "SAW" and answer this skill testing question: which of the three SAW websites is "brutally" dedicated to extreme horror films? The answer to this question can be found somewhere on the main pages on either www.sawmovie.com, www.houseofjigsaw.com or www.howf*ckedup.net. Go click and find the answer, then write it in your email and send it to us.

Of the correct contest entries, three finalists will be randomly selected with each winner receiving a SAW prize pack consisting of the five DVDs listed above and the SAW t-shirt and stickers. The contest is open from 12:01 AM on Thursday, October 28, 2004, 2004 and will close at 12:01 PM on Monday, November 1, 2004. Winners will be drawn from the entries and contacted for their mailing information (sorry, all winners must be from in region 1 [North America only.]) Prizes will be mailed via ground postal service once they are received from Lions Gate. Only one contest entry per person will be accepted and submitting multiple entries will forfit your participation in the contest.
