Bradley Cooper was the bomb in Alias yo!!

Bradley Cooper has another thriller lined up once he wraps up his "Face" duties in The A-Team. With Shia LaBeouf having to exit out of the thriller, HR's Heat Vision blog reports that Cooper will take on the lead role in Dark Fields. Based on the book by Alan Glynn, the screenplay was written by Leslie Dixon (The Thomas Crown Affair). Neil Burger is directing for Relativity Media, the company overseeing Rogue Pictures.
Plot Concept: The story follows a down-and-out writer (Cooper) who gets his hands on a top-secret pharmaceutical drug that makes one smarter. He experiences sudden financial and social success but soon discovers that the drug has lethal and lasting side effects, including "trip-switching," a phenomenon in which time moves with a stop-motion quality. Before long, mysterious antagonists are pursuing him. The thriller is said to be in the vein of Fight Club and The Game.
Sounds cool. Will probably go out and read this book before the movie comes out. Maniacs- please check out http://www.persona-non-grata.com
WTF? I was fine with the summary until the trip-switching part. Why not just leave it with lethal and lasting side effects? Let him try to get around that. Antagonists can still pursue him to get their hands on his new & improved brain...
This sounds like a cool mind f*ck of a ride. I like the premise and look forward to hearing more. Or even seeing the trailer when it gets released. Fight Club and the Game both kicked ass as movies. I like the shole idea of time slowing down. Is it really happening? Or is the guy just going crazy? Or is it really something else? It all sounds like good stuff to me.
What it’s directed by David Fincher? or is it just a mind Fu₵k? Either way I did like both for mentioned films.
