FUNimation is pulling double duty today as they've released both the first full trailer for their upcoming release of Corpse Princess, aka the Shikabane Hime anime, as well as a clip of the show as well. Due out on 09/14/2010 with both parts available being released at the same time (yet not in a single collection for some reason), the series is one that's been on the company's plate for awhile.
Plot Summary: Makina is dead, but she can't let go of this world. She burned to death in a fire started by freaks that wouldn't stay buried. She knows she doesn't belong among the living, but that won't stop her from hunting the rotting remains of those who refuse to die. She's hell-bent on filling empty graves with the monsters that should be six feet under. Makina is a Shikabane Hime -- a Corpse Princess -- and it's her job to finish off the undead leftovers haunting the living.
