You guys brought something to my attention that you may not have thought about. With Skynet becoming self-aware, is it possible that what we are seeing in Cameron, becoming more "human" shall we say, that she is what brings about Skynet's self-awareness? It's the sum of all the parts to creating Skynet that has to be destroyed so Cameron never gets created? Just a thought.

Gimpy I had problems with my disk from Netflix too. It wasn't that I couldn't play it, but in one of my DVD players while spinning it made a horrible noise. In the other older player it didn't sound bad while spinning. It felt like the outside of the disk was really bumpy so it probably was disc manufacturing. I agree with you darkheart00. Darn if the young lady playing Sparrow was cute. She needs more work.

I think I'll stick to watching the DVD's and remembering the Las Vegas tribute from this past season. I think that was a funny nod and they should leave it at that.

Can anyone verify if this version of Snake Eyes looks more like the Marvel version or the newer comics? The only nitpick I have is putting serrations on the blade. If they were trying to make it look cooler they failed. It may look ok for Stormshadow, but not Snake Eyes. Otherwise, I'm reverting to a 12 year old. They just need to show the rest of the cast now. Say what you will about Sommers, but Deep Rising is one of my favorite popcorn flicks.

Hasn't made a good movie since 1990? In the Mouth of Madness (great) Vampires (good) The rest not so much. (EFLA is a guilty pleasure) I have not seen Village of the Damned so I'm not lumping it in there. I'm glad he's making another film, but hopefully returning to horror will be a good thing.

I'm all for a Moon Knight if they do a series or one of the straight to DVD animated movies Marvel has been putting out. Loved Doctor Strange, even though I've not read any of the comics. Iron Man was ok, could have been better. Really looking forward to the live action though. The last Punisher was ok, I'm not familiar with the latest incarnation of Frank, but love the older comics. Wish they would have stuck to that.

When they were doing the parting shot of Adam in the coffin, I believe there was some concrete on top too. When Sylar was at the end with the can all I kept thinking of was Popeye and the darn spinach.

NBC Orders Full Season for CHUCK & LIFE - Nov 27, 2007 - 07:25am
Journeyman has definitely gotten better. I havent' watched last nights episodes of any of NBC's lineup yet, but I thought the FBI man's ending from last week really lit up a light bulb for him. Life really took a good turn in the acting with the episode that focused on Sarah Shahi's character a few episodes back. I think she deserves and Emmy for that one. Not bad for a onetime NFL cheerleader. ;) Chuck is by far my 1st fav of the new season. Life being 2nd, & Journeyman is pretty much getting 3rd right now.

Yeah cause you're dumb enough to burn off your last supply of oxygen by using a cigarette lighter. Maybe they are supplying him with oxygen. Either way just sounds kinda bad from the description. Oh and the night vision being used would probably get burned out from being in such a small space with the character using a cigarette lighter. Maybe I just think about this stuff too much?

I agree with whoever else said it earlier, Kensei is the killer. Just makes alot of sense. Hiro is the real Kensei in terms of being who the stories he was brought up on are really all about. I think West is working with the company. The twins are Yin & Yang. Light and Dark. The brother is good, the sister evil, although she does not want to be from what we have seen so far. Sylar will probably kill the sister and take her powers or both. I'm just hoping it wont end up being that Peter gets one of their powers, but it will probably end up that way. As for the alter ego thing, what Nathan is seeing is his own image of Peter scarred, because he thinks Peter is dead. Regret, sadness, the lost of a loved one, etc. I have to nitpick on West and his being able to carry Claire. Does the power he have somehow transfer to the person he's carrying, cause I really doubt he is that strong. As for Micah's cousin, I really hope it's not just from seeing things on tv. That has to be one of the lamest powers ever. (Other than Smallvilles Chloe.)

While I haven't read the current incarnation of the Punisher, it's about time they really got down to his roots in terms of vanquishing the bad guys and getting into his psyche. The man is definitely dark, always has been. I just want to see the old skull and not the new one. They can give us a proper looking Ghostrider, a great Spidey suit, and Wolvie with his claws, just for the love of all that is Marvel, give me the old skull on his chest just once...

Last year I began reading the original R. E. Howard Conan stories. If they want to do this right then they are going to have to pick someone who is not only built to meet the look, but also deliver the INTELLIGENCE of Conan. The man has quite the dialogue and can speak several different languages. The Conan movies did not do the character justice at all, but it is a fun series to watch. Please please please do the new films justice to Conan's story.

I have to say I'm all for spoiler warnings, but at the same time when you read an article head line and they have some picture about the production, it's tempting. For instance all the Iron Man & Dark Knight stuff. You want to not know, but after having seen some stinkers of some movies in the past few years, Star Wars, you almost have to. I'm not very keen on what I have seen of the Joker, since it is a darker version of the comic it makes sense, however it's one of those wait and see how it gets played situations. Iron Man, well so far so freaking good, but do we really need to see someone in the suit rolling around on the ground? It could have been left with that great picture they released in Entertainment Weekly. (Well the bigger one that was released a few days later.) It was hard to tell if it was art or for real, but still it was nice to look at.

Supernatural is a great show. I really like the fact they use some good classic rock music in it which sets the tone most of the time. Especially the 1st episode of Season 2. Gotta love Journey. Just recently finished up the 1st season set, had already seen it on tv, but I wanted to own it since I liked it so much. Also waiting on Season 2 to come out on DVD. Just hope I can find it cheap. You definitely have to watch out for some of the pop culture references. I hope that in season 3 they'll repay Taylor Cole's character another visit some time. Mmm pretty! Has anyone read the Supernatural comic/graphic novel? I can't remember if it was an ongoing series or not. I keep meaning to buy it. I think it came out very near to the end of season 2.

Still would like to pick up the other trade paperbacks for the new comics. If they do the movie like the above comics then they'll have a darn good movie!

Game does have an interesting mythology, but unless they make the movie OF the Rikti Invasion, then I dont care anything about it. Now of course they are going to have to have the sheer costumes in the game for the ladies in the movie and give it an R or NC17 rating.

They are very much setting up a new trilogy, sequels etc.. Here is why I think so. Look at all the young (Late teens, early-mid 20's.) folks that are being used for Rogue/Kitty/Iceman/Colossus. Now look at all the interaction you had for Rogue/Bobby/Kitty. Rogue a lot less, but what she did in X3 really set her up to receive her powers as they have been for so long. Whats going to happen is she's going to be in the vicinity of Danvers and by complete accident get her powers. By accident I mean she thinks her power stealing powers are still dormant. Spoiler just in case: As we all know and are speculating that the vaccine is only temporary. The X Gene is going to over come this, since we all saw that Magneto's powers were already coming back. Granted he is a powerful mutant, but I think it's going to come down to the X Gene and it fighting against the Leech Virus. One complaint I have about Colossus. Where is his frickin' Russian accent? Moira had hers! Nightcrawler had his! ARGH!! Can't wait for the deleted scenes on the DVD cause we are going get to see the rest of the Wolvie fights! Bring on the Wovlerine movie now please!
