DaVinici: 1 part RDJ's Sherlock Holmes, 1 part BBC's Sherlock, and a dash of Tony Stark.  I suppose it couldn't be helped seeing the similarities.  They did stuff the show with a ton of characters, though.  It has potential.

It must be hard for Mania to decide which shows they want to review on a weekly basis.  I have a difficult time trying to figure out which ones to watch.  Heck...how many people have Starz?  I do, because my local cable company sold me on a package that essentially gives me every channel they have.  I usually only follow a half dozen shows at a time.  There are only so many hours in a day and if you work, have a family, have an active social life, go to gym, and follow sports it doesn't leave you a lot of time for Sci-Fi, horror, fantasy genre TV or movies.  Two of the shows I was watching (The Walking Dead and Justified) are done for now and a third (The Americans) will soon wrap up so maybe I'll check this out.  I tried but couldn't get into Bates Motel and Hannibal.  I thought the trailer for Hemlock Grove looked really cool but do I really want to add (Netflix) to my monthly TV expenditure?

Blank...well thank God for the DVR.  I could not keep up on the shows I watch without it...but even then some shows had to be cut...I had 16 Episodes of Grimm recorded and finally dumped them.  I'll likely review the set when it comes out on blu-ray for Mania but I just don't have the time for it.  TV is weird nowadays...there are not traditional september to May viewing seasons anymore.  Arrow and Supernatural will end next month but Sons of Anarchy and Dexter will soon be starting.  And Starz has new show called Black Sails that is a pirate adventure/drama that looks promising.
