Well, I've been burnt by them before. Notice they did not mention Robert Jordan's New Spring series they failed at. I ordered a full subscription. The books that actually did arrive, only did so after huge delays (2 months or so). Then the series, which was supposed to be 8 books, was abruptly cancelled. I never received a refund for the payment I had made for the full series. It is a shame that their business model and ethics suck so bad, because I was happy with the quality of the product that I actually did receive.

isgrimner, You are mistaken. The Dabel Brothers mearly produced this book (New Spring), they were not the publishers. A company called Red Eagle entertainment published this book (http://www.red-eagle-entertainment.com). They were the company that took pre-orders for all 8 books, not the Dabel Brothers. Infact after a court ruling (check out the wiki page for Dabel Brothers) Red Eagle closed it's site and went dark to it's fans. They are the company responsible for that fiasco. And you should really re-coup your lost money with them, there is at least one large fan group that is joining together to do so. I was lucky in that I did not order the advance deal - I want the Dabel's (Who own the licnese now) to finish the series with Marvel.

Forget the graphic Novel about Robert Jordan's books. I just want Marvel to help Dabel develop Movies rights and and get Robert Jordan to work with some script writers and get this done as a TV series or a Lord of the Rings like epic series. Or what about Raymond E Feist the Magician series. That would more feasible in a movie sense. Oh the possibilities. I personally think Robert Jordan series dwarfs Lord the Rings in scope and premise and character by a magnitude of 1000. Robert Jordan might not have invented a totally new language like Tolkien did but he put pen to paper much more eloquently. See ya til next time...
