Sweet.  I really like DD and would like him to be in the current Marvel Universe established with Iron Man.  He is a great surrogate for the lack of Spidey.

I would like to hear more later on, from Marvel, on how DD will be put into the MCU.

I'm just going to say this out loud right now. Fox is going to create a Cinematic Universe with X-men and Fantastic Four interacting with each other. (I could be wrong) but I have a feeling that's going to happen.

Great news. Marvel will surely do Daredevil more justice to this character than anyone else.

Yep Daredevil is an Avenger now.  I don't think that will ever happen in the movies.

Daredevil is ready for tv since it can be a lawyer show which the networks and cable likes.

I still like the Ben Aflac movie.

I don't get why the movies never take the great stories from the books.  IM1 did a great job of it.  But they lost sight.  Avengers was on the right track with Loki being the reason for the gathering and all.  How is developing a movie based on a book/novel for regular drama any different than pulling a story from a comic book?  I want to yell that at Stan Lee at Chicago comic con after he blew off my questions in the autograph line.  He just signed and moved on.  Irk'd me.  If anyone can influence the movies Stan lee could, if he took a public stance.

his vision is set in the 70's no cross overs, just straight up 70's vigilante  serpico style.

daredevil has no bussiness in the avengers, the avengers was a steaming pile of crap! need to stop makeing this garbage . it's time for the heroes to go back to the adults.

Crazy CEO, is that you?

CBR is reporting that Fox has already been granted two extensions on the DD rights by Marvel in the past. This latest extension runs out on Oct. 10th. The meeting Fox had with Marvel was for them to get another extension of those rights not to horse trade characters. But Marvel basically told them to fuck off.

I'm willing to bet this last extension was granted before Marvel's success doing it's own thing.

Dazzler, I've heard Stan Lee say in a number of interviews that Marvel doesn't ask and he doesn't give his opinion on any of the Marvel movie projects. Since he doesn't own them they do whatever they want with them and he will just show up for his cameos or at premieres when they want.
