Interesting Wise, you fit the description to play an extra in a film series you hate! Isn't that ironic!! LOL!!

Gee Wise, by your logic, wouldn't be impossible to sabotage the flick, since you undoubtedly feel Nolan will turn of the worst movie possible anyway? Of course I think you're high on glue but...
LOL, look I actually don't think Nolan makes the worst films. I'm not interested in starting this old debate but my point is that to me Nolan has turned Batman into Dirty Harry except DH has the balls to take out the scum so he's more fun. Batman's world is generic and mundane. You guys enjoy, I'm sitting it out
If I knew I could get the time off I'd hop on the train saturday and apply but since that's unlikely and there'll probably be tons of people there I won't even bother trying
Really liked the first two in the series, but I'm getting an uneasy feeling about this installment.
Don't worry Wise, I have my own irrational pet peeve movie, RIPD, which I bitch about at great length. Even if it turns out to be the Citizen Kane of Comic book movies, I'm still going to hate it. I gotta ask though, if you take the Dirt Harry out of Batman, what are you left with? Adam West or George Clooney?
Adam West should make an appearance especially since the catwoman suit looks so much like Julie Newmar's from the 60s tv show hehe.
I have enjoyed Nolan's Batman films, but I understand where you're coming from, Wiseguy. I would love to see Batman really kick some ass, and, yes, maybe even kill a scumbag or two. If he's trying to make these movies realistic and gritty, I think you have to have Batman kill someone.
I don't get where some of you are coming from. How did Nolan's Batman not kick ass in the last two installments? He beat the hell out of a number of thugs and defeated his former master in BB (Ducard/Ra's al Ghul) and also beat the hell out of more thugs as well as the Joker himself in TDK. Certainly a hell of a lot more than Keaton had in the Burton versions (although in Keaton's defense he couldn't do as much given his more armored batsuit and not just because he didn't train in martial arts like Bale did!)
As far as Batman killing anybody goes...how can anyone even go there? That would go against virtually every principle of the Batman character, especially given that his parents were murdered! BTW, just because Nolan chose to go down the road of gritty and realistic it doesn't mean we need to have Batman kill anyone.
I actually fit that description, Marine and law enforcement, weapons trained and fit. But I'd probably get kicked off the set trying to sabotage the film
