I liike that poster. Hope the teaser trailer works. Hanso, you still planning on seeing HP just to see this teaser? I'm going to wait for the internet to have it.

With Warner Bros. Pictures poised to show off the first teaser trailer for The Dark Knight Rises in theaters this weekend, the studio has decided to use their newly launched official website as the place to reveal their first teaser poster. Check it out down below. The teaser trailer will be attached to most venues showing off Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows- Part 2. When it officially hits online, we'll pass it along.
This latest chapter in the Batman franchise--and last from director Christopher Nolan---will star Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman, Tom Hardy, Anne Hathaway, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard, Juno Temple, Josh Pence, Daniel Sunjata, Nestor Carbonell, Matthew Modine, Tom Conti, Joey King, Josh Stewart, Chris Ellis and Brett Cullen. The story was scripted by writers David Goyer and Jonathan Nolan.
The Dark Knight Rises will strike theaters July 20, 2012.

Damn- this looks awesome- I need that poster for the wall in my study- I also need the Jokier Dark Knight poster as well. The one where he is in the center and the batsymbol is all in flames.
I want to see the teaser now
Man, people should be going to see Harry Potter for Harry Potter, not a quick Batman teaser. Although that is an exciting little bonus. Regardless of people's feelings about the previous films, this last HP film looks like an epic action-filled ride that anyone should be able to enjoy. 96% on rotten tomatoes so far. That's damn good.
Sharp-looking poster. I'm going to HP because it's HP and the last film in the series. I'm not big on teaser trailers because they rarely show anything. I already know what Batman's logo looks like.
ddiaz, I didn't mean that as a rip to HP. I've only seen the first one which was too long in my opinion and never saw the rest. My kids are too young so they missed the HP craze. I never had to see them but I won't rip them or begrudge anyone from wanting to see it.
I personally think the TDKR teaser is going to be just that, a teaser. I doubt you'll see really see anything.
Truly a work of art.
Im with ya on waiting for the net hobbs- I am a big fan of the potter books but never got into the movies that much myself. I keep telling myself I;ll wait for a complete box set of all the movies and watch them at my own pace.
And as for what we will see you never really know. They could do it like TDK and just have alfred talking. with the batsymbol coming into focus- or it could be much more- either way it will be good to finally see something. Now only if something would come out with the Avengers- Maybe with the Captain America release it would make since. that way.
That's pretty cool. It actually took me a second or two to see the bat.
