The fact that she knows who the character is doesn't mean she wants the part.  It's not wise for an actor to come out and say any part is a bad part, they're just keeping options open.  It sounds like she didn't even know (that idiot) Michale Bay was making a new one (I wish he would stop prostituting my childhood).

I was hoping they would stay away from the red headed April from the cartoons and go back to the brunette April from the original comics!

 I will boycott this film if Emma Stone is in it.   Not that I do not like her. She is just the same character in every film. And April is not Emma Stone.

Damn you Monkeyfoot, last night my sense of whimsy and wonder called; they were hiding under the bed when a stragenr kidnapped them and with Michale Bay directing, I can't even call the Teenage Mutant (Alien) NInja Turtles for help.  It was you wasn't it!  Now you're going to let Joel Shumacher and Jerry Bruckheimer make a terrible movie about Voltron starring Nick Cage and Jessica Simpson.  Oh the humanity.
