Didnt she die from cancer or something? I feel like I remember in T3 John saying she died of cancer or some random disease. i remember laughing at the irony of running from terminators all your life and then being killed by cancer in the end. Really makes you think man...really makes you think...

Hmmm, Movie to TV adaptation, if this can be done as well as Farscape was, it may have hope. Heck, maybe it'll be the next Fugitive with attitude. Personally I'd rather see a post-Skynet-Apocalypse series with the human resistance fighting it out with the machines, maybe a crossover cameo with a Predator as was done in the comics long ago. Alas, Sarah Conner can go on the run from Terminators all she wants. But it will be the be-suited bean counters at Fox that will finally get (cancel) her. Asta la vista...

5&6- Sorry, not enough caffeine today. Oops, I meant Stargate. Got that Sci-Fi thing confused. And I hope Fox doesn't go so low budget that deaths-by-cancer are the new trend. I want explosions and Mack trucks running over robots!

All of these types of shows invariably end up being a Quantum Leap meets Kung-Fu meets Highway to Heavan type show of traveling from town to town doing good and helping people while staying one step ahead of the pursuer. Seen it.

Bring it! Some of the best Sci-fi on television was spawned from a theatrical film, and more often than not, ended up being better. Highlander, Stargate SG-1, The Dead Zone are a few examples that come to mind. So, I say hope for the best and reserve judgment until the pilot airs. The Sarah Connor Chronicles may turn out to be a great expansion on a relatively untapped character.

This reallu confuses me. I guess I didn't think anything happened, except she was running from the law, but Terminators?

I thought this new show about Sarah Connor is a bad idea to begin with. It should focus on John Connor and his band of fighters in the Skynet-dominated world.

I think this show could be really cool. It could also be boring, we'll just have to watch to see. It could end up being a cool character drama with a main character that might be/probably is insane after what she's seen and experienced.

In between T1 and T2 would be far more interesting, when Sarah was running around south of the border being trained by Contra and guerillas in warfare and running guns. I can't assume that in this show there can actually be any Terminators which is why it is called The Sarah Conner Chronicles, perhaps in flashbacks or "flashforwards" they might show one or 2 Cyborgs. Or maybe they will actually act like they never killed her off since the only reason she was not in the 3rd movie was because Linda Hamilton did not want to do it...
