In case you hadn't caught wind of this yet or taken the time to check it out,  FOX is offering fans of 24 an online, animated series based around the show.

DAY ZERO is an original, flash-animated online saga from the producers of 24 that chronicles an early adventure of Jack Bauer. There will be nine new vignettes in all.  Currently the site is on episode four.

These webisodes will provide a never-before-seen glimpse at the life of Jack Bauer in the years and months before the series began. In this online saga, fans will learn how he teamed with fellow agents Nina Meyers, Tony Almeida and George Mason to try and smoke out a treacherous mole working within the CTU. For the first time ever, viewers will learn how trouble in his home life with wife Teri and teenaged daughter Kim gave rise to his romantic entanglement with Nina, who famously was revealed to be the very mole he was searching for in the climactic season one finale.

To check all of this out visit www.DayZero.com. Be sure to have a fast Internet connection though.

Sounds like an interesting project. And, being a big fan of the show, I'd be interested to learn Jack and Nina's original relationship.

May have to give this a spin, and report back... Thanks for the heads up!

Thanks for the hot tip, a month after the project went live and had television commercials supporting it. Wow.
