@Elbaz ... that spidey thing is messed up ... of course it is rape! (with MJ) .... and if he sticks something up his own backside, he gets to rape Parker too ... and get off as well !!!
I think I just might buy the trade for superior spider man!

@Darth
No Thanksgiving celebration here. Ours was in October. But it didn't stop me from having turkey (in the form of a sandwich), watch football, go to a Christmas parade, shop and watch Planes, Trains and Automobiles. US Thanksgiving is much more fun.
As for buying a comic, it was a one time thing out of curiousity. I wil still buy the occasional TPBs to keep me up to date like my most recent AvX hardcover, but I'm pretty much done buying monthly comics, bagging and boarding, etc...
@lol viteddie.
So welcome back from the long weekend everyone. Anyone catch a movie over the weekend? I took the kids to see Rise of the Guardians and we all loved it. It is like an Avengers of childhood characters type of movie. Alec Baldwin is unrecognizable as North (Santa). Fun for all ages. I love it when Dreamworks sways away from fart jokes and pop culture references.
You know it is things like this current spiderman arc that made me like Ultimate so much, it just seems that as if every couple of years they have to rewrite the whole universes just so we don't have to take back deaths or other important aspects of the plot.
yea i pretty much read only TPBs now ... although I miss the old days when i could read a large variety of comics and just get a slice of life from each one
How is everyone. I've been out for a week with some wicked bronchitus. Still not a hundred percent but I snuck out with the missus and fam to catch some flicks this last week.
Lincoln: Great drama, acting, it was just excellent movie highly recommend.
Ris of the Guardians: I don't think dreamworks will ever reach pixar level but they are definitely giving them a run for their money. I think this may have been one of dreamworks animations best.
Also saw Skyfall again this time in out biggest IMAX and it was even better the second time.
Darth glad to see your are still doing the lifting for this thread brother. I'm gonna try and help out.
yeah TPB is really the way to go nowdays although I sometimes get pissed when the TPB includes an artist change, it can practically ruin a story sometimes or at least become distracting.
I think Spidey should use the iron made spidey armor with the extra legs while doc oc is in charge, anyone else??
haha ... good to see you holding up this thread, darth
