"Shaun of the Dead" co-writer and director Edgar Wright is in negotiations to direct "Scott Pilgrim's Precious Little Life" for Universal Pictures. Eric Gitter and Marc Platt Productions' Marc Platt will produce.
The story centers on a young slacker who meets the woman of his dreams but finds that he can win her only by first battling and defeating her seven evil ex-boyfriends. The project is based on the graphic novel by Bryan Lee O'Malley.
