The lastest Diamond Previews has updated with their month of January solicitations, which cover a wide range of ground in the February and March timeline. The full list is here for the DVDs. There are a large number of ADV titles in there that are probably a mixture of repricings and remasters that trying to figure it out now is just going to be pointless, but there are a few new series launching according to this update.
According to the "New Series" listings included for books, these are the new manga series that are starting up:
