There are times when as a college student that I feel overwhelmed with the many essay writing
assignments and homework that I have to work on. There are times when I do not know anymore what to do in school. Those are the times when I am stressed out in school and really need some time off. Good thing, my school has a gym where I can workout.
I find that working out can really help eliminate if not lessen the stress that comes to ones life. I have learned that it is important to take the time to relax and not pressure oneself too much. It is also important to not worry because too much worrying can cause to sickness and that is not good. It is important to simply let go and let God handle our problems and worries in life.
